I think this business stinks. My parents bought a large screen TV from them, and now the TV is getting white dots in the screen. They are aware it was out of warranty, they just wanted them to tell them who to call to fix it. They have called them several times asking for help only to be told someone would call them back. It never happened! Its a funny thing to me when they was buying it, the guy even told them if they needed worked on it, he'd give them a loaner TV. Funny how things change once you're out the door with a product!!
