Dr. Gyuricza is passive-aggressive. He refused to position my crowns to make them look better and snapped at me when I told him I was not too happy. He said and I quote, "it certainly is better than what you had before" and refused to position them better. 4 years later, the problems are becoming more evident and I now have to replace them because of the terrible work Dr. Gyuricza did on my teeth. Please save yourself the trouble and go to another doctor!

I went to Dr. Hartman to have a veneer done. When I called, they said that the procedure would be covered partially by my insurance company. I came to the office and had the veneer put on. At no point did anyone explain alternatives or how much the procedure would cost. Previously, I had veneers done for about $100. When I checked out, they said they expected insurance to cover 50% but that the procedure was over $700 (in my mind if a procedure is going to be that expensive, they should have told me). So I had to pay ~$350 out of pocket. Then I was told by my insurance company that it wasn't covered at all. If the dentist's office had simply told me that I they didn't know if it was covered or if they had told me how much the procedure was going to cost, I could have changed my dental policy and saved myself hundreds of dollars. When I called the office to explain the situation they were of no help. They basically told me that I was out of luck. I can't trust a dentist who doesn't advise me before performing over $700 worth of work. I would recommend to anyone else to find any other dentist you can to avoid the disaster that I experienced.
