The staff have always been helpful and efficient, even when I have a lot of questions they are super nice

I always feel weird when reviewing a big chain store and typically I just won't do it, but I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience when I ship at this location. I've been in maybe 5 or 6 times within a year and they all already know my name.

I literally bring items in and just say "I have no clue what I'm doing, so can you just ship this stuff?" They always laugh and box it up right in front of me and the package is on its way.

These guys are awesomely friendly and are super patient. I don't know what kind of customer service training they're getting, but USPS and FedEx could learn a thing or two from the employees of the store. Kudos guys!
