No Van?

I went to Rent A Wreck this morning to pick up the moving van I reserved online four days ago. They did not have a van available for me. They did not call me ahead of time to tell me the van had not yet been returned by the previous customer. They were totally useless and did absolutely nothing to help me.

What a Wreck

I rate this company at the lowest end of the scale. For customer service. I am a 62 year old female and I know when I am being insulted. The tone of voice used with a customer is a clear indication of the feelings the salesperson has towards what they are doing. To be called a lie is clearly inappropriate and unprofessional even if there is some misunderstanding. To then attempt to explain the salespersons rational for doing so is ludicris.
