I give this review two stars because I have never had a problem when delivering my payments or in dealing with the employees that this man has in his office. The reason I only give it two stars is because of what my mother has experienced when trying to switch our policies from this company to another. We requested that our policies be canceled effective by a specific date, and for all of them they were not canceled until the day after we requested. When my mother called corporate to ask about this, she did not have any problems, but then Tom McGinnis called her and literally started yelling at her for calling corporate instead of calling him. In my personal opinion as someone who has had customer service experience, no one should ever yell at a customer for any reason, because it is not good business etiquette.
