I have never had a good experience coming into the store. The manager couldn't have been more rude that last time I came here. I contacted corporate on the poor treatment and didn't even get a robo-response. Terrible... Online only for me now or off to Dicks Sporting Goods in Pasadena

This Big 5 is a decent store.Customer service is lacking though and the store seems unorganized. It is one of the only remaining sporting goods stores in Burbank so I am grateful it is still around. I usually get my son's soccer gear and baseball gear here every season. It's just a small space for the amount of inventory they have.

The manager speaks very rudely in the store in front of customers. Soccer cleats are hard to find in the size you want. Has a great soccer cleats, ball and shin guards deal during soccer season but does not have the product to support the deal.

Great service, awesome return policy. What more can I say?
