They are a great company, and I would recommend them to anyone. Great service and a fair price.

The staff is nice and try to be helpful. When I spoke with the sales person (Bill) in June, I stated there was an issue cooling the upstairs front room. I was assured that the AC he recommended would take care of the issue. Ok, thousands of dollars and 4 months later the issue still has not been addresed. The techs come out do something or other and still it is very hot in that room. The last tech checked the temperature of the air flow, it was 10 degrees warmer that the room down the hall. He took measurements and said he would check with the others at the Friday am mtg. Well nothing so far. Not my idea of customer service.



During installation techs did not wear booties (carpet was grubbed up, some minor damage). When Bill asked me how it went I told him about the damage and lack of booties, but he just shrugged it off. I guess that was normal.



Installation was prompt and efficient, they even did it on a Saturday.



When a consumer is assured issue will be corrected, but the company doesn't do that, doesn't that constitute fraud?



Will I recommend them......................I doubt it.

I don't know what the previous folks were saying, but I had a pretty good experience with them. Jerry and Ricky came to be house to trouble-shoot my compressor. Thankfully, I didn't have to replace my entire unit. I was so worried. I thought their repair cost was more reasonable that what I was quoted by several other companies I had called just based on the trip charges. They were really nice and respectful of my hectic schedule.

Bad experience with these guys. Tried to sell us a unit that costs $750 and is easy to install for 2.8K. "Project manager," their term, stayed way too long in our kitchen, gave used car salesman like pitch, and providedh details about his belief in "god, family" and something else (fine, but keep it to yourself). I'm just ordering the unit from someone else and installing with help of friend, saving 2K.

Excellent service and very professional! Matt, Tino and Brandon did a great job and were very thorough, friendly and informative! I recommend these guys!

Sometimes it's not who does the service,it's about who can you trust.Not just another person coming to your home.You want someone you can trust maybe even call them a friend,well i do say friend.Cause anyone i let come to my home to help my family stay safe & warm in the winter & cool in the summer ,I TRUST so that is a friend. to me. At Alpine i know I'm in great hands from the persons in the office to the tech's.Thanks Guy;s Keep up the great service.
