My parents lived there for about 6 1/2 years. Enjoyed making friends there and kept a very neat and clean house and always passed inspections, in fact the management even used their home as showing unit for when they wanted investors to see a model or for a potential new tenant. When my father passed away my mother hired a cleaning lady to clean the unit when she moved out. The day the cleaning lady was there the manager was there and my mother returned the keys and the manager Jason stated that the place looked great and that she would also get her rent prorated since she left on the 8th of the month. My mother was excepting her $250 deposit back plus her prorated rent. All she received back was $70.00! Jason the manager told her that he got a bill from their cleaning lady for 29.5 hours at $20. an hour!!!! who is scamming who?! We will fight this and be in contact with taking this complaint higher!!!

We received a call from management that our friend, a resident at Katherine Heights, who had listed us as emergence contact, had been found unconscious and had been taken to the hospital. This was two weeks after the incident, which occurred on the first of the month, and the only reason for the call was that since her rent had not been paid she would be evicted. The lady was still incoherent and in the hospital. Great place to live. WOW!
