Be sure to ask about how long they will warranty their work. I had a windshield replaced by them and under 4 years the work now needs repair. Mr. Bill diagnosed the entire problem without seeing the windshield (either in person or via picture) and does not want to revisit his company's work and fix the problem. Fortunately, there are other windshield replacement companies that want to retain customers and referral sources. Onward.
