My pool was always a mess before I hired Sunrise. Sunrise was able to get my pool in tip top shape fairly quickly and at a reasonable price! Everyone I have dealt with at Sunrise so far are friendly and seem to be very knowledgeable.

Employee driving their truck tried to run my family off the road during a basic highway merge, honked at us and flipped the bird at my children. Only to get off at an exit a few feet ahead. Very unprofessional, beware.

Terrible, Terrible Service. This company promises more than they can or are willing to provide. We hired them to do some pool work and after reading some reviews, were hesitant but went ahead any way thinking perhaps some of the reviews may be biased. I can tell you that all the negative we read about this company became a part of our experience. We will never disregard reviews again on any company.The company left our yard a mess and failed to complete the work as scheduled. They also failed to show up for appointments they made with us. When we called the office, one of the girls became confrontational with us after we vented our frustration. She promised to have the manager/owner call to discuss but of course no one ever called. The job for us was left a complete mess.

Avoid this company if you are looking for professionals that keep their promises. There are too many choices in pool service companies to put up with this lack service and treatment!!!

"I just wanted to take a few minutes and brag on the outstanding service Sunrise has provided this year. Our previous pool service company left us with the need for repairs and unsanitary pool conditions, while over charging and insisting on unnecessary work. The Sunrise team was able to clean up the black algae conditions we had been fighting for many years efficiently and cost effective. We also had some serious issues with the pumps at one of the pools that the previous pool guy completely ignored, Chris was able to address the issues and correct them. These fixes ended up saving us money in chemicals and electricity over previous years, almost paying for themselves this year in those savings. We look forward to a continued relationship with Sunrise Pools going forward. I want any prospective clients to know how amazing Sunrise is. Thank you for all you do for us.
