Mark is a very BAD businessman. He & wife Susan solicited our business & it sounded good. NEVER use this business. When they state they'll cut every 2 weeks, they moved me back 3 weeks once, then many other times it was 16 - 18 days. He'd use the excuse of rain when it never rained at our house, for his convenience. He's a hot head that totally cussed me & my wife out - one day my wife was going into work a bit late (like 10AM) they had pulled into the driveway blocking her in the garage. My wife asked them to move their truck. Well, Mark got pissed off & put all their equipment onto their truck & trailer & left! Backyard half cut & nothing blown off. I text him about coming back to finish the back yard & he went postal.

NEVER pay in advance - Mark & his wife are NOT people of their word & very aggressive towards their customers.

Wonderful service, they truly go the extra mile. My yard has never looked so amazing! Mark and his wife are a pleasure to do business with. I have referred him to all of my friends.

Do not hire Mark Thoren of Shortcutz of Georgia, LLC / Ionz Landscaping! He does poor work and/or curses out homeowners in an attempt to get fired and keep the money he was given in good faith for his services. Learn from our mistake - you get what you pay for, and do not pay more than a month in advance.

I terminated our agreement with Mark Thoren over a month ago due to inadequate services and an argument he fueled with a neighbor - calling her "snotty" - and he refuses to refund the $425 for services I won't receive. That neighbor has yet to recieve a refund as well.

Furthermore, when another neighbor asked Mark Thoren to mow an area he missed, he cursed her out with both middle fingers waving in the air. Of course, this neighbor hasn't received their refund.

This company is a scam.

I am living in Wyndham Park subdivision in Suwanee. Mark and his wife did some cut for my wife in 2017 and the quality is ok. My wife then made a big mistake by prepaid him $600 for 2018 service including cut, fertilizer, and aeration. Sounds like a good deal to us. Then the problem come: he does not show up to cut the grass on schedule. My grass was LONG! I called him to complain and he immediately turned into racist attack: every sentence he said has Fxxx word in it, he ask me to go back to my own country ! LOL. What a loser!!! Later he apologized to my wife using text message, but never say he will return our prepaid money. I don’t suggest it worth talking and doing business with him. He does not have a good heart.
