I got a phone call saying they were offering more for trades so I go in find a new truck then only to get low balled on my trade kbb was 35612 they offer 28000 then I ask why and mike told me they tell every one that to get them in here and that they can't offer kbb they can only offer what they can buy it for at auction. Trust me this is a bait and switch store! Stay away! Trust me. They get you loveing the new truck just so they can get over on Ya on your old one

Before going to Rick Hendrick of Buford, I had never bought had a new car. Any car I had ever driven was used. After marrying my lovely wife and having our first child, my perspective changed. I wanted something new and reliable for the safety of my family. To be quite honest I wanted a car to be proud of.



As a first time car buyer, I was weary about the car buying process until I had a few conversations with Derek Satterfield, my Rick Hendrick representative. Believe me I hit him a barrage of questions concerning safety, price, and mpg. He was polite, patient and knowledgeable the throughout the entire process; probably more so than I would have been in his shoes, ha ha.



Anyway, I was able to get a 2013 Chevy for a manageable price and just in time for my anniversary; making me husband of the year!



I had a great experience; to anyone reading this, I'm sure you will too. You can ask for Derek Satterfield, I can vouch for his efficiency, but if his knowledge is indicative of their employee training, I'm sure any one of the Hendrick staff will do a great job for you.

I had just recently moved to the Atlanta area from NC and was worried I'd struggle to qualify for a new car although I needed one badly. Rick Hendricks was the third place I visited but the first and only place that did what they said they would do. I was a little apprehensive bc I had seen a negative review from December of 2012, but turns out the dealership is under new ownership and management from that time period, and the proof is in the way they treat you. I don't have the best credit in the world so I'm used to salesmen kind of washing their hands with me once they figure out my situation, but Tazwell Ringer made sure I left happy (which in all honesty is not always the easiest thing to do lol). Ill probably be in the car I got from them for a good little while, but when I'm in the market I will be sure to return to them again.

Do NOT drive way out here to this dealer in Buford, GA and waste your time. The are one of the hardest to get approved with and they lie like a rug. Used/New car dealer at its worse. They ran my credit over the phone and since I know I have challenged credit I begged them not to have me drive all the way out there for nothing. It's a 90 minute drive for me. They assured me they could get me approved and told stories about others in my situation who were approved. So, I had my elderly parents drive me out there only to be turned around after 10 minutes. NO DEAL.
