I stop here every other week and get my dose of Chicago Style Popcorn, its always pretty good and consistent in freshness and taste. Its one of their best sellers so I guess that's why Its always fresh. I haven't had any issues with service and the tip jar seems out of place so they should probably lose the tip jar otherwise I am OK with the establishment. Prices are a little steep but I'm a fan. Thx

Never ever go to popcorn haven!!!! It made me so sick I had a stomach virus for 3 days. some containers looked dirty. This experience makes me not want to ever eat popcorn again!!!

I visit the mall of georgia store the service was horrible. I was in there on Saturday the 31st of March I guess the manager name was Tanya she is so rule I ask to sample some of the different flavors I was given a little corner of one of the flavors also the women with red hair was laughing out so loud I couldn't even hear what I was trying to say. I really think that this store needs a lot of training the concept is good, however the service is horrible and the product is very over price. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I really like the concept of this store. I was hoping to add it to my list of places that I stop at once in a while. After my last visit I'm not sure that I will be back. I stopped in there with my daughter and her friend and I asked if "can we try a sample of xyz" the person working handed me a single piece of popcorn. I asked if I could please let them try it too, so she then handed me two more pieces. Okay that wasn't a big deal since maybe she didn't know I wanted them to try it as well, maybe she didn't hear me say "we". So we picked one flavor (the plan was to get 2-3 flavors) while deciding on a second flavor I asked if we could try it and she again...hands me a single piece of popcorn. Okay, the first time it didn't bother me, but the second time it made me uncomfortable and it didn't make me feel like it was okay to try a sample. My last visit here I knew what I wanted and I didn't need a sample, but they had mentioned I am welcome to try a sample, so I thought samples were a normal thing at this shop, but I guess not??? So I told her what flavors we wanted and went to to the check out area. I noticed a tip jar at the register. I thought that was a little odd, but whatever. I see those tip jars poping up all over and I just choose to ignore them. I'm sorry but this is a store, you're not painting my nails, cutting my hair, or giving me some kind of service. What bothered me is when I was paying with my credit card, and the same person that had been helping me asks if I want to "add a tip today" Seriously???? I'll give you a tip, don't be so stingy with your samples. One piece of popcorn is fine, but let us ALL try it. I was buying two bags for each of the kids I was with. I want to make sure they like what I am buying them. It was supposed to be a fun visit to this shop, and it turned out to be really uncomfortable and so disappointing.
