I have been to this Michaels store more times than I care to count. I get all of my supplies here and seasonal decor. I find the associates hard working and polite. I also have also purchased many custom frames. The associates have a good eye for design and helping to envision what would look good. Love this store.

THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. They do not abide by their policy and they treat their employees terrible. Every time i go into this store i see the management yelling at their employees. Their employees look terrified to even work at a place that's suppose to show creativity and friendliness. This location is just terrible. I talked to the Assistant Manager Rachel and she was just rude. She acted as if she was too good to be working there and not only that, but the thing that appalled me the most was the fact i heard her talking about how stupid her employees were. For a customer to hear that in the open talking to another employee is irritating and makes my heart go out to the employees who work there. I can't imagine how they are treated behind the customer's perception. I refuse to visit this location for that exact reason. If i were to recommend a location it would have to be Cumming they are always so friendly and wonderful when i visit them. Michaels shame on you for having management that treats their staff so terribly. God Bless.
