I went there on Saturday morning, so the line was long, but the wait time was reasonable. I renewed four tags and left there. The window was staffed by a trainee without a trainer present. I got home and noticed that all four tag "stickers" were printed without the stickers. I called them to let them know so that they can correct the situation before more people were affected, but the number is for normal office hours only. I imagine there will be a lot of upset people today.
I'd say it is the fault of the management who is not providing enough training. The trainee seemed to be friendly but the manager lady appeared to be an unhappy and stressed out person.
My lessons learned is that check any government employee's work closely and have any mistake(s) corrected on the spot, or you will waste your time and money.
