I just had my upper floor air conditioner and furnace replaced. John Browder of Comfort Control reviewed what I previously had for the upstairs air conditioning and noticed that the duct work was improperly installed and the air conditioning system was undersized for the required demand. He recommended the new system changes to me, which I agreed with, and after the new system was installed I was very pleased. It was the first time in 20 years that the air temperature in each upstairs room was the same (which I measured with a thermocouple). Also the system is running about 25%-30% of the time compared to my old unit that was running 95% of the time. I thought it was maybe that my house wa poorly insulated but as it turns out it was that the air conditioning was poorly implemented in the original construction of my house. Ta was the best! Super professional and knowledgeable. He was efficient and got everything fixed up quick. He communicated every step of his process and answered all my questions with respect. Would use Comfort Control again in the future and would ask for Ta by name!

Seth and team installed a attic HVAC Lennox system in July. They had the system up and running in under 4 hours. Cleaned everything up and had the second floor cooling by noon. Awesome Job!!!

Ta the technician was great, he was knowledgeable and very nice and worked fast. My only complaint is that they do not deduct the service/inspection fee when you agree to proceed with the recommended repairs.

I highly recommend Ta Kim and his assistant Jerry for A/C installation in my home. It is the month of July and these two wonderful technicians came into my home and cooled the house within hours. I bought the Lennox model from Comfort Control and Ta went over everything part of the installation with me. He showed me how to operate the temp control in the house and explained the unit in the basement. He made further recommendations that would not cost me extra money and KEPT MY HOUSE CLEAN. The best part of the entire service is that Ta Kim guaranteed 10 years parts and labor on my new system. YIPPEE. I was very impressed with Ta Kim. He was very professional and answered my question thoroughly. Like any service provider, he mentioned a couple of features to think about. However, unlike a lot of service providers, he did not try to pressure me into anything. He was quick.
