I have NEVER been treated so badly in my LIFE!!! We paid over $400 for our refrigerator to be fixed and when we called to have them come back because it was making the same noise they not only charged us a service fee AGAIN!!! They never showed up for the appointment. When I finally got on the phone with the dispatch manager I asked to speak with her manager. She then said she was the manager of the company and owner. She would not help me get another appt. could not tell me the address of the office so I could speak with someone in person and could not offer a discount or refund of money charged to my credit card. I'm not sure how the owner doesn't have the ability to do any of these things. Please go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money. Now I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company to get the money returned.
