called and spoke to two individuals - first was a man, second was a woman. requested a pickup and was told by BOTH that it would arrive in 40-45 minutes. 1.5 hours later, no ride. kept calling, no answer. then called from a co-workers cellphone, the woman picked up right away. asked her where the taxi was - she told me that she was not sure if she "had anybody to send" and that she had "told me that when I spoke to her the first time." I told her that neither she nor the man that I had spoken to first had said that, otherwise I would have thanked them and made arrangements with another provider. she refused to give me her name, stated that she was the owner, and was yelling at me on the phone. my co-workers could hear every word she said. I should have taken the reviews below more seriously and this is the first negative review that I have ever posted. seriously, you can get better service by calling someone else. don't call these clowns if you need a ride.

Great service very clean cab spoke English on time will call again!!!

Absolute WORST taxi service ever. They told me 15min. and it is now over an HOUR!! No phone call, no updates, and when I try to reach them, NOTHING!....They picked up on the first ring when i was requesting the service. Now that theyre no where in site an hour later, no one is picking up......I'm about to lose my job.

A1 Taxi is horrendous in service. I have tried using them on 3 separate occasions(I tend to see the good) and all three times they have let me down. I have called to schedule a pickup at least 30-45 mins before I had to be at work. THEY NEVER SHOWED!!! When I called they took my info asked me where I lived and such but they just never showed!!! I mean is this how they do buisness?? Please if you have somewhere to be don't trust A1 Taxi. They are horrible when it comes to service!!! If I could give them a negative half of a star I would!
