took my baby there for an upper GI and he told me my sons intestines were going the wrong way! He even went as far as drawing an air diagram with his finger on what his intestines were doing and what they should be doing.He then sent a report to my sons pediatrician stating he was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong with him?! I went ballistic but was reassured he was a highly respected radiologist so I took it as a horrible mistake and left it alone. Then 2 months later I had another unfortunate run in with him while doing a swallow test for my son and he was the radiologist. He looked me righ in my eyes and told me there was nothing wrong with my son. I went home upset because I knew there was something wrong with him. I received a call from the ENT that gave the xray a second look telling me he apologizes for Dr. Christiansen and my son has a throat condition and it is actually pretty severe! He said he is sorry Dr. Christiansen must not have noticed it. Well maybe he needs another profession seeing as this is the 2nd major thing he has said to me alone with such certainty that there was nothing wrong with my son! iI cant imagine how many others there are. Please get 2nd opinions if you are forced to have him as your radiologist.
