About 4 weeks ago I ordered a set of bunk beds on line for my boys. My credit card was charged, I got no confirmation number, and have yet to hear from them about picking up my order. I have made several attempts to call the store to locate the bed. I get hung up on, transferred to an answering machine or told "it's not my department" I finally got in touch with a manager yesterday morning who told me he would be working until 9:30 that night and call me back with some information as to where my order was. It has now been over 24 hours, and no phone call! I calll back the store and get another machine to leave a message on! I will NEVER order from this store again. I spent well over $400 on a purchase no one seems to be able to find!
