Jose Ramos arrived early, took his time, & was very thorough. He answered every single question I had and went out of his way to make sure he did a good job. He treated both my home and I with respect and really went above and beyond my expectations to provide expert service. I'd request him every time!

Tomm came early which was appreciated. He located the problem and fixed it quickly at a reasonable price.

My representative knew what he was doing, gave me options on how to fix the issues, and took care of the situation.

So let me begin by saying I tried to fix this problem myself and failed. So I called Roto Rooter. I'd like to start with the staff that handled my phone calls, these employees were the friendliest, accommodating customer service reps I have EVER had spoken with. Im not sure where you find them or train them but these people are what EXCELLENT customer service looks like. Matt Orban service technician #103 that came to my house was was one of, if not THE BEST repair guy to ever set foot in my home. I just bought my house and it was in need of some repairs and in the past 6 months I have encountered some NIGHTMARE human beings calling themselves handymen (which is what led me to try and repair my bathroom leak myself, I was fed up with poor work and expensive prices) Matt Orban has restored my faith in hiring a big name repair person to fix my problem. He gave me an estimate as well as options without any obligation to getting the repairs done through Roto Rooter (in case I wanted to shamelessly try again) however I decided to have him do the work. He was in and out of my house in less than 2 hours and cleaned up after himself. Obviously he was not responsible for replacing the tiles so keep in mind the photos are for the pipe and faucet work only. Matt walked me through every step of the way, was polite as well as on time and efficient in his task.
Because of Matt Orban not only will Roto Rooter have a customer for life I will do my best to recommend this company to any and everyone I can. Thank you to the whole Roto Rooter staff from start to finish this was the best experience with a repair company I have ever encountered and even though it was under terrible circumstances everyone made an unbearable situation manageable.

We had been having some back to issues with our sewer for the past despite my husband's best efforts. So I called rotorooter the receptionist was polite,attentive,and call us help within the hour. I cannot believe how quick the technician arrived! He was very quick, efficient,and was able to take care of the problem right away. I really appreciate the fact that he took the time to explain the problem,cause, and resolution to me in terms I understood. Lastly he helped explain tips to prevent buildup and encouraged rountine maintenance. Thanks rotorooter another sewer saved.

Excellent, excellent service and the plumber, Allen Willet, was tenacious in resolving several of the problems I had with my plumbing. He spent nearly 6 hours at my home with my complex older home plumbing problems, not leaving until all of them were fixed properly. He never complained, even though it was nearly 90 degrees outside and he was working hard.

I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone looking for excellent plumbing services with fair rate to anyone in Buffalo or its surrounding areas.

Our tub and toilet backed up at 8pm. Looked up their # online and had the plumber come out to our house south of Buffalo. They arrived quickly and the technician got right to work. Cleaned out the existing clog and was very professional the entire time. I would recommend to my friends.

My laundry line was clogged. I rented a snake from Home Depot, but sadly I could not clear the drain. I called Roto-Rooter Buffalo/West Seneca and within 45 minutes there was a very knowledgeable plumber snaking my drain. An hour later he was gone, and my drain is working better than ever. He also helped me with some questions not pertaining to my drain problem. I was very happy with the service.

On april 20, i closed on a house in buffalo, and within the first week my wife and i discovered that the sewer line in our house was plugged. We called roto-rooter and they had a plumber to our house within an hour. He was friendly and helpful. It took about 2 hours to clean out the sewer line and he showed us the camera in the line. Now the line is cleared out, and it is all thanks to roto-rooter.

I bought a house less than 4 months ago and I figured that nothing would go wrong for atleast a year but I was wrong. At 2:30 in the morning my sump pump decided to burn out and I had no idea what to do. I found Roto-Rooter (Buffalo) in the yellow pages and gave them a call. Even though it was the early hours of the morning we got a hold of a plumber right away. He came out to the house and took care of the problem. Our plumber Mike was very friendly, polite and professional. Thank you Roto-Rooter for being 24 hours or I'd probably be swimming in my basement right now.

A very nice,,friendly person. He took his time to make sure my sewer line was totally cleared.
