We had some water backing up in the basement, and Roto Rooted was here within an hour of calling. The technician was knowledgeable and looked at a few things to determine the problem. I felt I was treated fairly and was very happy with the service I received.

Roto rooter came out the next day to unclog our main line and even sent a camera guy right out to look at the inside of the pipe after the clog was cleared!

We installed a new sink that was deeper than our old one. After 2 days of trying to install the plumbing for the new sink, my husband agreed to call a plumber. I went to Roto-Rooter's website & scheduled an appointment that same morning. Mike arrived & worked quickly to hook up the plumbing. It works like a charm! Very pleased with the level of service. We had two broken toilets. I called Roto-Rooter thurs morning for a repair and within two hours we had a technician at our home. Our technician Chad was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained in detail what needed to be done, picked up the parts and completed the job before 1:00pm. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter in the future!

We had a plugged up bath tub. I called in the morning and a technician came by early afternoon. He was very nice and professional. His name was Ken and he was able to get the drain unplugged.

I live in Amherst, NY and had a malfunctioning sum pump in my basement. With the weather getting warm out I was nervous to wait and search for the best deal on a new one. I called two places before Roto-Rooter who couldn't send somebody out for a few days without paying a fee. Then I gave Roto-Rooter a call. They sent somebody out within an hour! The guy installed my new sum pump, and now I don't have to worry about my basement! They were very polite and professional. The pump with installation was a little pricey, but I would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful service - as always. Very nice and friendly, and was finished within the hour. Basement was flooded and they fixed the problem.

Service came two hours late, but the two gentlemen were nice and professional. They replaced the sump pump in my flooded basement nicely. I wish they took some time to dry out the basement though as they said they would, but overall I'm satisfied.

Really good experience. They came out pretty quickly. I was called beforehand and given notice that the rep was on the way. Once there, the job was done quickly. The rep was professional, but also very friendly. He was very kind to my 4 year old who was fascinated by the work being done and didn't seem to mind. Clogged toilet was fixed quickly. Would most certainly recommend RotoRooter!

The people of this company did excellent work. I just moved into my first home and the water softener that didn't even need to be there since its town water started leaking. They came out asap ,bypassed the system for me and removed the old softener. They even looked and fixed two other plumbing issues for me. Excellent work! Thanks again!
