Slum

They are slum lords. Requested multiple times to fix something. They half did the job and never completed one. There was mold under leaky sink & apartment was disgusting when we moved in. Rent from private landlord or do thorough research first. I also know of a few renters who were given an eviction notice for being a few days late. Then refused to accept payment and took them to court. Stay away! If you have a credit problem, there are nicer people out there!
