The gentlemen came the day before the pool was to be installed to level my backyard they showed up 2 hours late their equipment put a crack in my neighbor's driveway and when my neighbor asked about it they denied that they did it and stated that they did not reimburse if they cause damage to people's property even though their website clearly states that they're fully licensed and insured. Any question that was asked of them they were extremely snotty and disrespectful and since they had to go through my neighbor's driveway to get into my backyard they left a lot of debris and sand that they did not clean up. The day that they came to install the pool they were three hours late no phone call no nothing. I haven't had the pool for very long so the pool installation itself looks like it went okay but for the expensive amount that it costs I would suggest going with a different pool installation company which is unfortunate because the lady in the office is pleasant and accommodating.
