I was truly impressed with the service and professionalism at Paul's Jewelry Design. My ring is beautiful and jewelry I brought in to be sized shines like brand new. I highly recommend this company for any of your jewelry needs.

I have dealt with this jewelry store for over 20 years and have never had a problem. They are always courteous, Paul and Carrie remember your name and they absolutely DO stand behind their products if purchased through them and not abused.

I was so disappointed in this jewelry store. I had been shopping there for a few years then found they do not stand behind there product. Friends had their engagement set made there and they are truly disappointed. Have been back many times with no satisfaction. Not happy with the male staff there either.

He knew just what we wanted, I could not have been happier, I love my new ring..

I love Paul! Honest, nice, and great customer service. Oh yeah, and beautiul custom jewelry. He carries the most gorgous blue diamonds.

Paul provided outstanding service and high quality for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this store. I plan on telling all my friends of the great find.

They made our custom wedding bands that were very intricate. We also purchased our groomsmen and bridesmaids gifts from them. The bands turned out amazing. There was a mix up with our gifts but they went well out of there way to fix the mistake and overall we were very happy. I am going back to get some custom earrings and a pendent made from them for my wife for Xmas. I will and have recommended them to friends.
