The work quality was good and the cost fair. What stood out though was how quickly they responded and explained what my options were. Also, polite and friendly. Just the kind of contractor I want in my home.

Then if you felt the neighborhood was unsafe neighborhood why did you bother to take the call? I see you didn't respond to your comment about referring to the homeowner as a "ghetto landlord"....that is totally unprofessional, I don't care if you've been in business since 1906....you should still display some level of courtesy and professionalism.

We contacted Patton Plumbing because we acquired a foreclosure that had been abandoned for a year and needless to say, the water heaters either needed work or replacement. When the worker from Patton Plumbing arrived, my husband asked if he could simply assess the water heaters and let us know if they were in need of repair or replacing. The worker refused to assess them and stormed out saying: "I dont need to work with no GETTO LANDLORD!" We later had to call back because we needed the work done that day and couldnt find anyone else. We were not very happy having to give our business to such an offensive company. Do not work with them, they will not help you, they are rude and want to rip you off.
