5 stars!!!!! Beautiful place to rest and relax. All staff friendly, kind, and helpful. When I've gone in with a bad color, or cut [from another place], they listen and do just what I want. Don't know how it was b/c I never got in. I scheduled an appoint. early in the week for Sat. About an hour before the appoint., they called and told me that the person I was scheduled with was over booked. They then said someone else could see me at the same time, so I agreed. I explained that I wanted to make sure that the person was comfortable cutting my kind of hair and they said no problem. I then got a call back about 45 min. before the appoint., but missed the call because I was in the shower. So 20 min. before the appointment, I spoke to someone again who said that they had to take someone else to take some extensions out and that they couldn't see me until later in the day. I told them I had booked this appoint. early in the day so that I could make it to an event and that the later appoint. would not allow for that. I got an apology and no other option! I felt very tossed aside like my appoint. did not matter. I will never book with them again! V unprofessional.
