I have been to this facility 5 times prior to today, and have continued to return because I was very pleased with their accuracy in counting bottles. I walked in today with 3 large garbage bags containing 10-12 pack of cans, 2-24 packs of water bottles, and 8 2liter bottles plus 3-6 packs of glass bottles. When they cashed me out I was told my total number of items was 110. When I argued with the man that there was no way that was accurate, and that I had almost twice that number (120+48+18+8 =194) I was told that 2liter bottles take up a lot of room in the bags, so this could account for the low number. When I stated how much a actually brought in, I was rudely told their numbers are "usually pretty accurate and the count is final." Now, if it were off by 5-10 bottles, I can maybe understand that, but they were off by at least 84 bottles! This place is a rip off - NEVER go here!
