I just renewed for the 5th time at the evans location, and am so glad I did. I LOVE the spinning classes and all of the instructors. I have tried other clubs out and there was no doubt my best workout came from the BAC classes!

I've been to many gyms and can't get over how professional and talented the trainers are at this location. I have been training for over a year now with a few different trainers and results are unbelievable. If you are truely looking to change your body and self esteem try training!

Friend brought me to a class and I had to join. Love the new huge arena now!

My encounter with this staff was most unpleasant and fully discouraged me from wanting to join. I visited to redeem a gift certificate. Like ants at a picnic the fake-friendly, pushy BAC staff swarmed around and pressed me to discuss my "fitness goals." I explained the purpose of my visit and after their failed search for some "documentation" I was told that my certificate would not be honored. The buyer of this certificate is a meticulous, detail-oriented professional who purposely asked specific questions about certificate redemption at the time of purchase. The Assistant Manager blamed the staff who issued the certificate saying she was new and didn't know what she was doing. This enterprise is totally lacking in finesse and customer service, having denied me the use of my properly-acquired gift certificate instead of correcting and re-training their deficient employee. A special offer "just for me' was made. This was nothing more than the current open promotion. More games!
