I would not recommend Advantage Limo to anyone after my experience with them this past June 2018.

The night of our event, the driver showed up 30 minutes late, making us extremely late to our event. The speaker inside the vehicle was broken, and there was no music, and his driving skills were concerning as other cars would beep at us and he was constantly slamming the breaks so hard that people from my group were hitting their head against the windows and falling. After the driver picked us up from our venue, he refused to take us to Niagara Falls and said we would have to walk there (almost 2 miles from the restaurant we chose to eat at) even though I had confirmed with the owner ahead of time that our itinerary was doable. We decided to just have the driver take us home after our dinner seeing as we weren’t going to walk in the dark in dress clothes at 1am. He was rude and disrespectful and made several inapppriate comments throughout the night such as ‘I’m going to take a nap in the back of the limo’, and was argumentative. After contacting the owner to make him aware of the issues my group and I endured, he made little to no effort to return my calls. Over a month later he finally conversed with me and called me annoying over the phone and was only willing to give me a $125 refund (less than an hours worth of service). Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the lack of customer service and the beyond terrible experience. I recommend hiring a company that cares about the experience they give their customers and have better communication skills.

Terrible experience. Driver was 40 minutes late and showed up in a limo with the loudest fan belt imaginable. He then took us to the wrong venue and made us an hour late for the show we were going to. Because the first limo was so loud he switched it and picked our group up in a significantly smaller limo that required us to squeeze in and put our feet up on the cooler. The driver actually acted annoyed by US???

Terrible business, We booked a limo for our wedding recently we were suppose to get a Ford excursion stretch that holds 20 passengers, when the limo showed up to pick up the bride the morning of the wedding , it was a limo bus, that was rusted and very dirty inside, the seats had soda all over them, the floor was warn out and dirty, and the interior was busted, the person we spoke to over the phone was very rude and unprofessional of dealing with the situation, unfortunately it was a bad experience for the wedding party.

AWFUL!!! Do not use. Hired them for my friend's bachelor party and the driver refused to go anywhere but from point A to point B and on only 1 trip! When asked to drive us other places he kept responding with "I am not a taxi cab driver" We had asked him to take the grooms father and his friends home and he was stubborn (mind you its a 10 minute car ride away) When we finally left I was dumped off at a random shopping plaza because he was refusing to drop us all off at hour houses. Finally we convinced the driver to drop us off at a house. He did, and so the entire group was dropped off at one location and so had to be picked up at 3am in the morning by significant others and family members. Owner calls to apologize but does not refund any money. Really shows how crap of a company this is.

Dave was great and easy to deal with he accomadated all of our needs for our wedding. We used his rolls royce and white stretch limo combination and everyone at the wedding was in awe at how it looked. Dave and his other driver Paul were both very professional and we were very pleased with their driving abilities. We would like to thank them and plan on using them again.
