Curb Creations did not honor the estimate they provided, even though they HAD seen the plan we wanted. Their estimator gave us one price and the owner tried to ask for more money 2 weeks later claiming HE hadn¿t seen the plan!We shared our detailed landscape plan with Curb Creations' estimator. The design had square beds and I specifically asked if these corners would cause any issues and/or cost additional dollars. The Curb Creations estimator, Travis, looked at the plan ¿ and assured me that while the corners would create more work, it was possible and he had factored that into his estimate. We paid a deposit on the spot. Almost 2 weeks later, I received a call from Curb Creations¿ owner, Dave Meyer, saying that he would need to see the plan because he couldn't do the job for the price his estimator gave me. Eventually, he said he would mail back my check and hung up on me. Unprofessional, hot headed and didn't honor the estimate they made based on my plan.
