Charity is usually working when I come into the storage area. She always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help. Her customer service is excellent. She helped me with how many boxes I would need for a renovation project as well as helped me choose the right size storage area I was in need of. She is very personable and recognizes me whenever I come to the storage area. She makes you feel comfortable asking her questions with regard to storage issues. She is a hard worker and should be recognized for her outstanding efforts and superb customer service skills.
