WOW!!! This place is amazing! The customer service representatives on the phone were so attentive and helpful. When I got there the place was so clean and put together. The girls at the front were so nice and friendly. They walked me back and introduced me to my colorist. Maria talked to me about what I was looking for and what she recommended. She was so nice!!! When it was time to get shampooed she walked me over and I sat in Marta's chair. She also was amazing! I had the best head massage ever! She even combed my hair out after. They also have stations where you can blow dry your own hair. While I was blowdrying my hair Maria came over to check the color. The color was so beautiful!!! My hair has never looked better. Not only did they get a customer for life, but I will tell everyone I know to go there!!!

I have been all over looking for a salon to get my hair cut and color done. I live in Crystal Lake and have been to a number of salons and have not had great experiences. Until one of my friends recomended Michael Thomas Salon I called for a appointment and the girl who answered was very nice and helpful. I booked an appiontment with carolyne,

She was GREAT took the time to listen to what I wanted and did a wonderful job. Brittany did my cut she made me feel like a movie star. She was so attentive and she made me LOOK BEAUTIFUL!!!! I have never had such a wonderful salon experience.

I had my color & cut done at Michael Thomas Salon and it was EXCELLENT!!!

I am 49 years old and I was looking for something new, something trendy and different. Cheli did my color and I have people stopping me in stores asking me where I got my color done That has never happened to me before. I LOVE IT!! JJ did my cut and she was wonderful, taking the time to talk to me before doing the cut and really listening. My hair LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!!! I will be a LONG TIME CLIENT.

I would advise anyone to go to Michael Thomas the whole experience was wonderful.

I used the hair service and they burnt my hair and was not even sorry for that.Worst customer service I have seen in my life.They

make one feel unwelcome.
