Placed an order a month ago. Still has not been shipped. They promise the world every time I call saying they shipped it last week then the next time they will say they reshipped it days ago, give you a tracking number, you look it up and it says shipping label created waiting for item. They never shipped! Very incompetent....or on drugs!
