Worst Party Rental Company I have ever worked with. I used them because they were cheap, which now i know why. I had been corresponding through email to set up my event, and the short 1 sentence answers should have been my first sign. I each email did not fully answer my question and I had to keep asking more questions to get a clear answer. Finally 4 days before my event I emailed to ask what time the delivery would be for my event on Saturday. They emailed back that someone would call me that night. No one ever called me and they just showed up at my mom’s house (who the surprise party was for) the day BEFORE with all my table and chair rentals. My mom’s surprise party was now completely ruined. When I called to talk to the manager, they blamed me for not telling them it was a surprise party (which I would have told them if they had called me like they were supposed to). I have worked in customer service for 10 years and you NEVER blame your customer. In none of the short, non-explanatory emails did they ever tell me they deliver the day before the event and pick up the day after. I will never use this company nor recommend them to ANYONE I ever meet, and will actually do the opposite to make sure that their special days are not ruined the same way mine was.
