Recently a package was shipped to their facility, then "lost" for 5 days, then permanently gone. Luckily, Amazon refunded me. Today, a 25# package ( hard to misplace ) was said to be delivered. I was home in 20 minutes. No package in sight. No neighbors have called me. I guess this will be another package never to be received. Budd Lake UPS facility is the worst. Avoid shipping through them if possible.

If there was a no star that is what this rating would be. I was told I would be contacted by UPS and that they would provide a new shipping label. . Thy were to come pick up an item I am returning to Amazon. No one called me. Just happen to walk by my kitchen to see the UPS truck pulling away. There was my shipping label sticking out from under my front door mat. The driver DIDN'T ring the door bell, there are 2 CARS in the driveway and the kitchen LIGHTS ARE ON ! That was one LAZY DRIVER.

This Budd Lake UPS center is awful. Tracking shows package arrived at facility and loaded on truck for delivery several days ago, no delivery. Next notice says delivery delayed but gives no specific commitment date for delivery, tracking info says it’s still sitting loaded on a truck in Budd Lake facility for delivery. Really? My home is less than 10 miles from the facility and they can’t get it here? If I had the option I’d go pick it up myself, but instead there is no such option and you just need to wait and wait and wait with no explanations or apologies for UPS to eventually get their act together or, alternatively, admit they lost your package or delivered it to a wrong address. Terrible service with no customer focus whatsoever.

The worst possible service in every aspect. No working phone number for facility for my packages that are now held hostage for an entire week. The tracking service is a lie which was confirmed via a supervisor at the customer service number, when asked for the corporate number was lied to again by the supervisor "the customer service number is the corporate number" before hanging up on me.

Do whatever is necessary to avoid using UPS and especially this facility.

Avoid at all costs. terrible service. lost my overnight package and was told "it will eventually show up!" really are you kidding, and offered no additional solutions, if it was something I could wait on I wouldn't have had it overnighted!

They also are very nasty and their customer service is completely unhelpful and unaware how to do their job. I had to contact the company my package came from to call them and the buddlake ups hung up on them. These people need to be fired and trained properly.

Worst delivery service I've ever dealt with! When I called the customer service at the branch they told me they couldn't do anything about finding out where the truck was with the package. I wasn't sure who was working for who...they are supposed to provide a dependable service if I'm not mistaken. They could defer blame to their new driver and didn't really seem to care that it was a time sensitive package. Wasted an entire day waiting for a package that usually comes between 10-11am. UPS is terrible and they don't bother themselves to help customers with problems.
