Owner of company arranged to meet me at party venue. Provided measurements, shared ideas, and tried to receive 10 percent for venue even though the venue was already planned. Owner requested 40.00 to provide seating recommendations and never provided specifications to client. Client attempted to contact owner multiple times for a period of 3 months and owner of company never provided client with appropriate information that the client paid the company to provide. Unreliable. Don't pay company until product is delivered. Reported to better business bureau. Do not use this company.

This has been thy far the best place in town I have been to. They new right away what I wanted and how to make it happen. I was afraid they would just drop everything off and let it to me to put it up, but for my luck they were great and helped me organize it and told me how to work it out. Thanks to there awesome party experience and great attitude. My son had an awesome birthday party. All the way from chairs and tables to a clown and a water slide. Thank you Bryan Super Star Services for the cake it was unique and very tasty. We will be back for other occasions.

They will beat or match any competitors price very good service on time great customer service they respectful help us out as much as they can they even gave us a free dozen balloons thank you guys we will be doing business with you next month
