Mike and his workers have went above and beyond for me with their customer service. I took my car in to get 4 new tires, however one of my rims was cracked and they told me they couldn't put a new tire on there nor let me drive it like that, so they put my spare on till they could locate me a good rim. When I took the car back in however they discovered that another one of the rims was going bad from the inside out. So the owner told me he could not let me drive this anywhere till they located 2 wheels, not having anything else to drive, he gave me their shop truck to drive till my car was fixed. I'm so glad I went to Big O Tires, so they could fix everything and be so kind to help me out.

I've been doing business with them for over 9 years. They've always treated me nice & professionally. Very informative & generously helpful. The service?... Can't really complain. All the service I've received has been good to great. So, they score high for their service. Time?.... They've always been on time. Give or take a little. The products & pricing are great too. All-in-all, I will give them a 5 star.

A few months ago I bought my tires there. The price was reasonable and the service was fast and friendly. Today I went back to
get them rotated and was surprised with the speed of service. I walked right in and was done in less then 10 minutes.

If I could give zeros stars I would. First off it took them an hour longer than they told me, and when I call them out on it the store owner starts getting a big head and acting like nothing was wrong. Later he interrupts me saying "shut up, shut up, shut up..." All this caused me to be late for work, and guess what? I paid full price, the owner wouldn't compensate me at all for their mistakes. Absolutely terrible service and what's worse is absolutely no respect for the customer.‎
