Provided by YP.comInsulting, rude, simply do not care and seems like they are really holding their grudges. If you have problem they will not fix it, they will do whatever it takes for you to give up. They suspended delivery of my mail due to their mistake and never started again. I think it is against the law to steal mail and it looks like this is what they are doing since their answer - we do not know where your mail is.
