Fraud Upon The Court

DC&G obtained a fraudulent judgment against me, in excess of $20,000.00, and filed a fraudulent lien on my home by getting my Weld County District Court case for accrued wages dismissed, by swearing simultaneously to both the District Court, and the Colorado Dept. of Labor, that NEITHER had jurisdiction over my accrued wage claim, because the matter was before the other. Evidence obtained March 30, 2011 from CDLE Director Ellen Golombek proves criminal conspiracy. http://www.scribd.com/doc/74328468/Dream-Stone-Upload-Evidence

Fraud, Slander of Title, and Class 3 Felony Theft by Donelson, Ciancio, and Goodwin, P.C.

Dream Stone Marble & Granite, through their criminally complicit attorney, Daniel T. Goodwin, of Donelson, Ciancio, and Goodwin, P.C., had sworn simultaneously before both the Colorado Division of Labor, and the Weld County District Court that neither had jurisdiction over former employee's accrued wage claim, because the matter was before the other. Defendants, through criminally complicit attorney Daniel T. Goodwin, had fraudulently managed to convince the Court that it had no jurisdiction, and case was dismissed, with fraudulent award of attorney's fees. Known fraudulent lien slapped on former employee's home. The fraudulent lien in violation of C.R.S. 38-41-201 Homestead exemption, Daniel T. Goodwin, Dream Stone, Inc., Ron Murphy, Scott Murphy, and Ida Murphy's actions constitute not only slander of title, fraud, perjury, and conspiracy, but also Class 3 Felony Theft.Beware, these people are thugs and felons.
