Pretty sure I am out $50.00…After researching my options, I recently signed up for Sunless tanning at Darque tan. On the website they have three booths listed, Mystic, Versa and Pura. I spoke with the girl behind the counter (who was new) regarding the beds and she seemed to understand that I was interested in both Versa and Pura. I tried Pura that day because it was a new product and I was curious. I went back the next day because I was not happy with the results and tried Pura again. I knew that I would go with Versa in the future because it seems to work better with my skin. I went in today and told the associate that I wanted to go with Versa, level one, clear. She told me room 7, I knew that room 7 was the Pura so I told her that no, I wanted to use the Versa booth. She then told me that they did not have a Versa booth at that store. I was pretty shocked to hear this as they have a photographic up that says “Now available, Versa Spa Sunless.” I explained my dilemma and she just looked at me with big doe eyes and says...”I’m new, I can’t help you.” I will be speaking with the manager later to request a full refund but I am not very optimistic. I understand that each employee will eventually be left on their own, but please make sure they are fully trained so the rest of us don’t have to suffer. Oh, and if you read the “From the Business” on the Yelp site, it states that “We offer state of the art tanning equipment with 5 levels of UV tanning, UV free tanning with our heated Versa Spa and Pura Spa, and our amazing Redlight Therapy for skin rejuvenation.” It says Versa AND Pura. Talk about false advertising.

Darque Tan has the worst customer service. 5 months after cancelling my membership my bank account was still being charged for the membership that I did not use. Which caused several other autopay bill to bounce one was my house payment. When I went in to the salon to get it resolved NO LUCK even with the signed by there employee copy of the cancellation form. I tried emailing customer service called the corporate office NO REFUND. OUT OF LUCK 469.40 charged to my account.

Thank you Darque Tan for your exceptional customer service. I never have to wait when I go in to tan. They always have the newest beds and they are always super clean. Best tanning salon I've found to date.
