Will never hire again. Estimated 5-7 days for shower reno, took 15 days over the course of 6 weeks. 4 "scheduling problems", 3 times didn't have the tile they needed, neglected to schedule the subcontractor to come out for the door, and the final slap in the face was when we came back from vacation to find that they used a different color tile on the trim that clashes with what's already there (with no explanation as to why they didn't consult us, or at least notify us before the big shocker when we got home). Been complaining to them weekly about the communication problems during this job, and they refused to make it right. They insist that "this never happens" and how sorry they are, but guess who's paying full price? Maybe they're better with leaks and such, I don't know, but they certainly don't care about my family or their customers' experience. Extremely stressful.

Great job...on time...knew what they were doing...a bit pricey for time spent..but cheaper than others.

All of the people working for Wm. Henderson Plumbing Inc were very professional and did exceptional work. The plumbing work and tile work was excellent. My bathroom rennovation looks super and works great. I highly recommend Wm. Henderson Plumbing Inc.

It was awesome working with them: Great job! Wm Henderson was contact in the morning for a kitchen sink backup. Shows up in the afternoon and fixes the issue in record time 1 hour. At first it didn't seem easy fix, but they made it professionally. Cool!

Wonderful and prompt service! I have been living in Delaware County for the past 15 years and every time I had any household issues with plumbing in the bathroom or our hot water supply, I have always counted on Wm Henderson. Every time I needed them they were at my door step with their best servicemen. Good service and always on time. Plus, I am always impressed with their knowledge on such a wide variety of plumbing issues.

We are so pleased with our new sewer. The employees did such a great job with the installation of our sewer and washtubs. Everything was done with precision and neatness, too. We are so glad that our lawn did not need to be destroyed! All important...our house remained clean and everything works well! I cannot say enough good things about Wm Henderson Plumbing & Heating. From the office staff to the technician it was a wonderful positive experience. I take great comfort knowing that they will respond to any emergency I may have with great respect for my home.

Contractor did a nice job. The crew that was on site most of the time over the week and a half project was knowledgeable and helpful. Work was quick and looked clean. Price was fair and they did not really cut any corners that we could notice. Only concerns were they skipped a day without notifying us, they sent a different guy one day who did not know what he was doing, and then they missed a couple small items and we had to wait an extra week to get them back to get the project completed. Would hire again.
