Work excellent but $200 for 20 mins work gave me a heart attack. They refused to give me a price on the phone ahead of time and when I queried the invoice they said they charge for "travel" time. (They're 15 mins down the road from me.) Never book anyone without a firm price unless you have money to burn. Good work - no complaints there - but at a shocking price that I really couldn't afford.
