Thank you Cheyenne for the merino socks. Nice surprise when I opened the box ! Have bought boots there since the 70’s when it was in the old store in Corsica.

I went in to Jack’s boot shop on October 15, I ended up spending $650 outfitting for an upcoming Elk hunt. I purchased four pairs of pants. When I washed the clothes that evening, one of the pairs came apart at the ham. I took them back the next day with my receipt. The owner of the store refused to exchange the defective pants, He was very rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. He asked if we could continue the conversation outside, I thought he wanted to talk privately as there were customers within earshot. As soon as we went outside he became very confrontational, and Actually challenge me to a fight, saying “I’ll let you throw the first punch“. I got in my vehicle and left, leaving the pants there.

We have always been very pleased with the selection and service!! Staff is knowledgeable about the stock and friendly.

I bought a pair of pull on boots, tried them on in the store and they seemed to fit, once I got home, I put them on and wore them around the house (inside) for a bit I found that the safety toe was digging into my big toe. No big deal,I drove an hour back to the store and they did not have a size that fit correctly, I tried about every pair of pull on boots there and could not find a pair that fit comfortable. I went up to the counter and asked for my money back and was told that they do not give refunds only in store credit. (keep in mind that i only had these for about 4 hours). WHAT GOOD IS IN STORE CREDIT IF THEY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING THAT FITS!! The only response that the employee would give was "THAT's HIS POLICY", well his policy blows! I will not shop here again and will not recommend them to anyone else. 199 bucks at Jacks, amazon has them for 169, so they are over priced as well.

this business does not observe their posted hours, drove 30 miles to buy boots today got there at 6;00 pm was putting chain across drive said they close at 6;oo even though it says 8;00 pm. would not recommend this business to anyone
