Do not ever use this business EVER! Duke Energy, Home Pro hired this company to install my water heater, as per my warranty. On my estimate (Usually never a cost) there plumber added $225.00 .Trying to tell me 3 things he needs to proceed. I know very well that there are no-fees involved. He claimed: I need a new pan-I have one now--said it has to be bigger now $75.00. Said he had to retrofit the top tubes--Rediculous $75.00. Said I needed a expansion valve for the new water heater--this is code he said,$75.00. I called code enforcement--this is not needed, also verified by the next wonderful company Kielty plumbing--75.00. Total &225.00 upsell lie. To all Seniors & other people--I'm positive if they tried to rip me off--I'm sure this is their policy on all plumbing needs & a very rude person also. No cost to me at all. I always write a review on bad businesses, this is one of them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company was called to fix my water heater from my home warranty people. I asked for them to call me and give me time to get back to the house. Bruce did call me and said he would be here in a few. However my car broke down and I was half way to clearwater and would not have made it back in a short period of time. Bruce and I agreed that I would be his first stop at 9am the next morning. 9am came and nobody showed up. I called Bruce and he said they had him scheduled in Largo all day and that he told the office to send someone out at 9. Sherri in the office never called me nor did she schedule anybody to come out. When I called the office I told her what Bruce had told me and she basically called me a liar and that he did not say that. She went on to say that I should not have been at the car dealership dropping my car off (my mode of transportation that was broke down) and should have met their guy yesterday. She then hung up on me. And everytime I tried to call back, she hung up on me. I asked her if she cared that my four kids took hot baths and she proceeded to tell me she cared yesterday and hung up on me again. Sherri hung up on me about 12 times. I was a manager for 16 years for a very large publicly owned company for 16 years. You do not call your customers liars. You agree and try to do everything you can to make them happy. Sherri should not be representing this company. I urge you to never use them. However, Bruce was very nice to me on the phone. Gary the owner should have taken a different approach and offered to fix the problem.
