This is the most unprofessional, unpleasant experience I have ever had in a healthcare setting. I was called the day before an appointment I had waited months for and told I had two hours to “call to confirm” the appointment that I scheduled months ago. I work full time and cannot have my phone on at work. I was able to call within the 2 hour window and no one answered. I was able to leave my office to call back again and was told they gave away my appointment. Absolutely unbelievable. Horrible customer service.

Very, very disappointed with the staff. Specifically scheduling. My geriatric gma has been rescheduled 3 times beginning 11-9, assured each time she will be seen on the new date. We were told we were put at the top of the cancelation list, and told they have frequent cancellations. We sat at the top of that list 6 weeks? I called again 12-15 and was told they were very busy moving people around with it being the end of the year. Whelp... as a health care professional myself, this whole experience has been a real bummer. I'm so sorry I hadn't chosen a different physician in the beginning, too much time invested now. Fingers crossed the Dr. is worth the wait! ... and she is really seen next week. Eehhhhh.

I have been in Dr Chaudhry's care for nearly 7 years. I hold him and his staff to the highest regards in every aspect. I always feel welcomed and treated with respect and dignity by him and his staff. when my insurance lapsed during a time of brief unemployment, he and his staff worked with me and continued to treat me. thanks to the tools they've have given me I am completing a degree , engaged and living a functional, productive, and fulfilling life. If it hadn't been for the medical expertise of Dr Chaudhry and his staff, I wouldn't be in such a great place in my life let alone alive. I sincerely thank you Dr Charudhry.

This office is staffed with the most caring people who are ready to help with any need that I have. The psychiatrist is one of the best I have been to in a very long time. I recommend everyone seek treatment at Solace Behavioral health if you're wanting meaningful results.
