I took my vehicle in for diagnostic. Estimate was given for over $600. to repair. Towed my vehicle back due to the outrageous estimate. When my vehicle was returned to me, I found that my vehicle was not completely put back together the way it was taken in. Exhaust was disconnected, bolts on the front seat etc. When I contacted the shop, they REFUSED to put my vehicle back they way they received it and said they only have 1 mechanic and they cannot send him for that yes they charged my credit card $155. and had time to take their money but not time to verify that their mechanic returned the vehicle back to the condition it was taken there in. I have been a customer for nearly six years and am very disappointed that I was treated like this by the management and Owners family and girlfriend. I went to a different shop, was treated with respect and my vehicle was fully repaired and restored to better condition than before and for less than half the price this shop gave me. I shall NEVER return here or refer them. They have no Loyalty. A quick buck does not keep the doors open forever!

I have been going to them for 15 years now and have never had an issue with the work done on any my cars. I have found the people there always polite and happy to see you. You are not just a number to them.

You know my wife and I came here to Precision Automotive about 3 months ago and this is the best service we've ever encountered not to mention the spetacular price's. Keep up the good work!!!!

they are great here. i have brought my car hear always and they never take to long. it also cheap ($65 an hour). they will also suggest better things that will save your money. they are truly a business who care for there customers
