Went to store because they carried Yeti products. They had an ad that stated "free 10.00 gift card with the purchase of any two Yeti Drinkware items". While I was there I ask the clerk about the deal. I was buying a 20 oz Tumbler, a Yeti handle and was interested in maybe an extra lid depending on the deal. He called back to the office and ask them how it worked. They told him that yes, as long as it was 2 Yeti Drinkware items, the 10.00 would come off of my receipt. I kept telling him that the receipt did not ring up correctly, but rather than argue with him, I left. After getting home (10 miles away) I looked at the receipt again and it showed that he had charged me 10.00 for "promotional card", then deducted 10.00 which amounted to a "wash out". So I drove back to the store and there were different people working. So they said that it had to be 2 Yeti Tumblers for the deal to work. The ad clearly states "with purchase of any two Yeti Drinkware items". Needless to say I will not go back to that store for anything. I try to support small businesses, but that is one small business in Brooksville that I will discourage anyone from using. In addition to that, when I walked in the last time to show them their "mistake" on my receipt, there is a man standing in the store (not by the counter) and there was no one else around, so I ask him if he worked there and he said "that's why I'm standing here". If that's what customer service has come to, then it has changed a lot since I was in the work force.
