He never answers his phone. You leave messages they never call back. They tell you they are going to call you and don't. I wish I had known how hard it would be to get answers I would have not have gone to see him.

I have seen several doctors over the past 10 years and finally I feel that I found a doctor and staff that truly care about their patient seeing results. His office manager is wonderful and always gets things done right the first time. I am so glad this office was recommended to me!

The Dr is great and knows his stuff. He is very to the point and wants to help you. I finally found someone to control my diabetes. Thank you ! Thank you to his staff for helping me with my questions and careplans.

I've had to changed physicians many times, for many reasons. But I would travel a great distance to keep Dr. Castro. It's a whole package deal. Their knowledge and experience are very evident in the friendly, helpful staff. The staff makes you feel at ease and that you're in good capable hands. The office is neat, clean and wait area comfortable. As with all offices, there was a wait, however, not as long as my previous Dr. visits. I would definitely recommend Dr. Castro and his awesome team!

Endocrine clinic of West Florida is such a great place Doctor Castro is a very knowledgable Doctor he really does his homework! Dr Castro doesn't just prescribe a medication because a Rep pushes a drug sample into his office. He really cares and it shows!! The office staff is AWESOME they really work well with your schedule and very efficient with letting you know what you need for your visit to be well planned! The staff and Dr are always very polite when I am there for my diabetes. The Dr is very educated and has helped me with controlling my blood sugars. I rate this Doctor and his staff with 5 stars.

Never got to see the Dr. after having appt. for weeks was called 5 times the day before my appt. to have me change it I had other appts. and was having trouble changing it the office manager. R Craven treated me very unprofessional called me late at night 9pm twice to change my appt. She said she had a death in the family and was leaving town. She told me to come in a week later.
