I have not been treated properly at this bank, the teller at this location she is rude and not customer friendly. I have been to chase banks and the staff are awesome, but this bank teller gets a zero on customer service. She talks at me instead to me when I do my banking there. She will make you wait when she is having a conversation with the local customer knowing your waiting and you can her the conversation asking about all family member and what there going to do the rest of the day all this is taking over more then 30 minutes and there no other customers but myself. Then I step up and this bank teller said to me why don't I use the ATM and my reply is I don't need the ATM to process what I need. From that point on her rude attitude kicks in. This is not professional for chase to employed people who are not friendly and refuses to help you fill out any form like a withdrawal slip. I have been with Chase since 2003 and I have never been

mistreated like that ever by a Chase employee . I went to do my banking in Port Richie and the staff there are very helpful and will fill out a withdrawal slip with no attitude, but a smile in return.
